I love playing, collecting and learning about classic video games and physical media in general. Nowadays it can seem like our free time and energy is always being drained away and funneled towards content and apps. Scrolling endlessly on the phone, while a subscription streaming service drones in the background certainly isn’t how I imagined I would spend my adulthood. I want to curate my gaming habits more specifically: sitting down after work to pop a disc in and get lost in the world of the games of yesteryear.

This blog will be an exploration in creative writing, media criticism, journaling and self-expression for me; building an audience won’t be my primary goal but I hope anyone who stumbles upon the site finds something to enjoy and think about.
